Blouse

Black silk faille bodice. c. 1895, Close fit through torso, medium stand collar, with full leg of mutton sleeve and close-fitted lower sleeve from elbow to wrist. Front closure with an underplacket of hooks and eyes and over-placket with attachments engraved with "Nicholls." Includes interior boning. Two front pleated attachments extend from shoulder to waist. Black jet beaded embellishments feature on collar, waist, cuffs, and front of bodice.
